The Wine bar & bistro can seat up to 20 people serving bar snacks from soup & sandwiches to homemade steak pie & Arbroath battered haddock. Why not have your entire wedding service in our beautiful surroundings.

The wine bar also has a selection of wines hand picked for the Colliston plus a fully stocked bar. Some of the wines in our cellar include the award winning Boland cellar situated in South Africa and often a firm favourite with our customers, also the popular tiddy widdy well from South Australia which with its funny name doesn’t discourage people from its brilliant rich flavours and bold fruity tones. Each wine in our cellar can accompany any of our meals on our mains and starters to our dessert wines and ports.

In our Broust function suite built from wood from the infamous Britanic cruise ship of the early 1900s which is displayed in the many beautiful prints of the ship around the suite its self. It is a totally self contained building with its own bar, entrance and dance floor seating up to 110 people on weddings and other functions. We pride ourselves in making the customers special day one to remember with our excellent kitchen staff and waiting staff pulling together to make this possible.
